Event & training Cancellation Policy
At The Cacao Embassy we understand that life can be unpredictable. We strive to be fair, transparent, and respectful of your time and energy. Please read our Event & training Cancellation Policy carefully before booking.
Cancellations by You (the Attendee):

More than 20 days before the event:
You will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. -
7 to 20 days before the event:
You are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future event. -
Less than 7 days before the event or no-show:
No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling Requests
If you cannot attend and wish to reschedule:
- Please email us as soon as possible.
- We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, space permitting.
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on event availability.
Organizer-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where we must cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low enrolment, or venue issues), you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date or future event.
We will notify you via email or text using the contact information provided at registration.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic-related closures
- Transportation shutdowns
In these cases, we may offer partial refunds or credits, depending on the circumstances and our ability to recover costs.
