Our 100% Pure PNG Cacao Paste comes from the heart of Papua New Guinea and the farming communities we proudly work alongside.

For generations, these communities have grown exceptional cacao, yet many had never experienced their own cacao transformed into chocolate or drinking cacao. Today, through long-term partnerships and on-the-ground collaboration, we're helping create opportunities for more value to remain within the Pacific while sharing remarkable cacao with Australia.

After harvest, the beans are carefully transported to Port Moresby, where they are crafted into our signature cacao paste at the Queen Emma factory. We spend time working closely with the team there because every stage matters. They are more than our manufacturing partners—they're part of our cacao family.

Made from 100% pure cacao, this paste delivers a rich, full-bodied chocolate flavour with incredible depth. Whether you're enjoying it as a warm cacao drink, baking with it, creating desserts or simply melting it into your favourite recipe, it brings the true character of Pacific cacao to every cup and creation.

Each piece is conveniently portioned into 15g servings, making it easy to enjoy at home, at work or while travelling.

Freshness is one of the things that makes this cacao so special. Our beans are crafted into paste within around 60 days of harvest and reach Australia via a short supply chain, helping preserve the vibrant flavour and quality of the cacao.
